Shipping and Return Policy



We want your experience with us to be easy and hassle-free. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return most items within 30 days of receipt of merchandise for an exchange or full refund. For your convenience, offers a FREE pre-paid shipping label for qualifying domestic returns.  We do not charge restocking fees.



We have a 30 day return policy - If 30 days have gone by since your item was received, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To complete your return, we require a you have your return approved by ActionArmsByMark, LLC via email and that you are issued an RMA number.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  1. Product with obvious signs of use
  2. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  3. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 1 - 3 business days.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at and we will issue an RMA number with return instructions.  If you have purchased the wrong item by mistake, we will allow for exchange.  However, you will be responsible for return shipping and additional shipping of the exchanged item(s).


You are responsible for return shipping costs for unless the item was not as described or defective.  If the problem is caused by us or the manufacturer, we will cover the shipping costs with a FREE pre-paid return shipping label sent to you via email.

Orders over $1000.00 USD can and will only be shipped to the verified billing address.  We will not ship orders of this size to different addresses.

If you want an order shipped to a different address over $1000.00, you must make payment with a check, certified check, cashier's check or money order.  No exceptions.  Orders above $500 may be subject to extended verification.  The extended verification will be the request for the customer to sign a credit card authorization form and to also supply a copy of a government issued ID and to also complete this form:

These rules are to protect both and the customer from fraud and potential charge-backs.


Process for creating a return:

  1. Please let us know of the problem or desire to exchange and we'll issue you an RMA number with full return instructions.
  2. If there was an error on your order, we'll issue you a FREE pre-paid shipping label via email (Adobe PDF) which you will attach to your product's packaging for return.
  3. Once the return is received by our returns department, we will issue you a credit or exchange depending what you have asked for.
